Log into your Air Voel account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Place the items in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact, and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation inside the box.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
