The Heated Moisture Exchange (HME) is an inline humidification solution unit for use with the Z1 / Z2 or Transcend CPAP or APAP Travel Units. It is a small and waterless humidification that requires no additional power. The HME works by capturing exhaled moisture and returns it to you when needed. Each HME lasts 1 week from the date when opened and should be disposed of and replaced.
